  • Transaction amounts, categories, and frequency

We use collected information to:

  • Process giving transactions and settle funds
  • Provide church admins with giving reports and analytics
  • Send transaction confirmations and receipts
  • Manage recurring giving schedules
  • Improve and maintain our platform

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paystack, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. We do not store credit card or bank card details on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and handled directly by Paystack.

4. Data Sharing

We share your information only with:

  • Paystack: To process payment transactions
  • Church admins: Transaction details for their church's givers

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain transaction records for as long as the church account is active, plus an additional 7 years for regulatory compliance. Personal data of givers is retained for the duration of their active subscriptions and may be deleted upon request.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Object to processing of your personal data

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences (such as theme settings). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
