By accessing and using Pledged ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Pledged is operated by Algolog ("we", "us", or "our").
Pledged provides a platform for churches to receive recurring giving contributions from their members. Payments are processed securely through Paystack and settled directly to the church's registered bank account.
Churches must provide accurate information during registration, including valid bank account details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
All transactions are processed through Paystack. Standard Paystack transaction fees apply. Funds are settled directly to the church's registered bank account. Pledged does not hold or manage funds on behalf of churches.
Members who set up recurring giving authorize automatic charges on their chosen schedule (weekly or monthly). Members can pause, modify, or cancel their recurring giving at any time through their dashboard. Churches cannot modify a member's recurring giving without their consent.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Nigerian data protection regulations (NDPR). We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Pledged is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, churches will retain access to their transaction history for 90 days. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered churches of any material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
